“A place to be gentle” tiny house artwork, 5x7, original
Inspired by the idea of an artist’s viewfinder, these unique glimpses into tender abstracts are revealed through the lens of home. The place we find ourselves in life, likewise, offers us a special frame that gives structure to our endings and beginnings, our grief and our joy, our courage and our sense of belonging.
These are 5x7 inches and painted with acrylics on cold press, acid-free paper.
Frame not included.
About the Artist:
Kaysie Strickland is an artist and spiritual director dwelling in Chattanooga, TN, with her husband and two little boys. She started painting as a way to pray with her hands and enjoy God through the vulnerability of creating. Her art is an invitation into a tender conversation with color, texture, organic shapes, movement, and story — a story about paying attention, looking for Home and finding it, reclaiming place and voice, and embracing beauty as defiance against despair.
