About

Kaysie Strickland is an artist, spiritual director, retreat curator, nonprofit founder, and art teacher dwelling in Chattanooga, TN, with her husband and two little boys and very large garden. She started painting as a way to pray with her hands and enjoy God through the vulnerability of creating. Her art is invitational and gentle, intentionally designed for the sacred spaces in our lives.

Artist Statement: Kaysie’s art is a tender conversation with color, texture, organic shapes, movement, and story — a story about paying attention, looking for Home and finding it, reclaiming place and voice, and embracing beauty as a defiance against despair.
